The Front office staff were very friendly and they give you all the information you need to know about the hotel. the rooms were very clean and quite . Keep it up . The food is also very nice .We really enjoyed our stay

The place is very friendly for the family. The rooms are very clean and have a very good interior with more of a wooden touch.The hotel staff is very understanding and cooperative. As, we had left for Kargil one day prior the hotel gave us our full refund, understanding our circumstances.The food is average.

Very bad hotel, bad food always putting alot of salt in the food , bad rooms Ac not cold and door handle problems, hotel pictuers are different on the app and in real when you see it. Tv not working as well. I would not suggest you to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and its location is in prime colony of Srinagar, Raja bagh extension. There are some things that the hotel management needs to see . There is a lot of power going there due to which the lift remains closed for a long time and there is no backup. Many times the room is not clean on check in, for whatever reason the room should be clean. There is no exhaust fan and much light in the washroom. Tea and milk leaves have to be asked again and again. One has to eat maida roti in the food, which should not be there. Instead, it should be brown flour atta . In the end, I would like to say that in the morning breakfast which is on the ground floor, a staff must stand in it because whenever you go to breakfast, that staff never stands, he either goes to the kitchen, then comes then walks.

The actual reality of visiting kashmir will keep on popping in front of you everyday and in the same fashion. Financial Harrasment for Tourists. We booked 1N stay at Pride Inn Srinagar that included our Breakfast + Lunch / Dinner. We were about to book the room online but before that we thought of calling hotel for room size confirmation. They ask us to pay them directly instead of booking hotel online, As amount was same for Breakfast+Lunch/dinner ,we did that no problem. We paid the total amount in Cash / Card at the Hotel. If you talk about the Amenities, nothing as mentioned will be there. No water bottle ,no tea coffee in the room. only electric kettle was there, Even No water Bottle, they are also charged. You need to ask for everything provided they have time to cater you. Toilet seat was broken...however we did not complain for these things. Pathetic breakfast for the Amount we Paid, bluddy who keeps Biscuits / Chips in buffet dish just to add one more variety..first day it was paratha ,poha and bread..you can ask for omlette. 2nd day there was poha paratha and bread ..you have to wait till 9 am to have breakfast..inspite of telling them in advance that we have to leave early for sonmarg or gulmarg...they will never take call on reception..lift was not working . We carried all our luggage from 2nd floor to ground floor. We asked the Guy at Reception of our 3rd Meal can b included in the same price. After about 30min the guy at Reception ( there are 2 to 3 similar looking guys ) confirmed that our 3rd Meal is also Included in the same price and we need not Pay extra. Only After this confirmation we booked our 2nd Night also in the same Hotel. To our horror while checkout, the guy who comitted Us inclusion pf 3rd Meal, Blatently Denied everything. We had to pay extra 1500 bucks, but the point is these people will simply do not hold on to their grounds. That's like Cheap way of doing Business, even Pathetic sounds far better if compared to such people. You will get the same food all day long, reheated n served till its finished. Take everything in white ...else everyone here is ready to harass you. To sum up there was no pride for staying in pride inn...
